1. By entering yourself into this prize draw, you become a Participant and agree to these terms.
2. Personal information you provide (e.g., name and email address) may be entered into our databases and used for marketing purposes, if you indicate that we may do so. 
3. Dropbox will randomly select one potential winner and contact him or her by email shortly after with information on when the prize will be available and how to receive the prize, Echo Dot (Approximate Retail Value: £50). Failing to follow the instructions within the time provided in the notification (or failure to accept the prize) may result in the selection of an alternate potential winner. Dropbox reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Officers, directors, and employees of Dropbox, Inc. and its affiliates aren’t eligible.
4. You agree to release and hold harmless Dropbox and its affiliates (including officers, directors, employees and agents) from and against any claim or cause of action arising of participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. 
5. If you accept the prize, you consent and grant to Dropbox the right to publish or provide your name and location to anyone who requests winner details. Also, all tax liabilities are your responsibility.
